Joining a new dental practice shouldn’t be a chore. Two steps: book a visit, show up. We’ll handle the rest.
Booking your first visit
Call us at (805) 480-9820 and our front desk will find a time that works and answer any questions. You can also book online.
Your first visit
Plan for a thorough, unhurried comprehensive exam: digital X-rays as needed, an oral cancer screening, gum measurements, and a real conversation about your history and goals. When time and gum health allow, we’ll include your cleaning the same day.
What to bring:
- Photo ID and your dental insurance card (if you have one)
- A list of current medications
- Recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if available (we can help transfer records)
Insurance
We work with most PPO plans and are in-network with Delta Dental Premier. Call us and we’ll verify your coverage for free.
Our team handles insurance paperwork and claims for you. It’s one of the perks of a small office where the front desk knows your name.
Patient forms
Printable new-patient forms will be available here soon. In the meantime, arrive a few minutes early and we’ll take care of the paperwork together, or call ahead and we’ll help.
